The fees listed in the tables below represent the early registration fee and remain applicable until 22.08.2025. After this date, price updates will be made and payments will be based on the late registration fee.

One registration fee includes maximum two abstract/paper/poster presentations.

For co-authored work, every participant who will attend the congress must pay a registration fee.

As part of the conference, the following four social activities will be organized:

• Rumkale Tour

• Göbekli Tepe Visit

• Sıra Gecesi (Anatolian Cultural Night)

• Gaziantep City Tour

The Anatolian Cultural Night and the Gaziantep City Tour are free of charge for all participants.

The Rumkale Tour and the Göbekli Tepe Visit are optional paid activities. Payments will be collected on-site at the conference desk.
